Grower Notes:

Viburnum plicatum 'Spichazam' is commonly referred to as Sparkling Pink Champagne™ Viburnum. This easy to grow, low maintenance, multi-stemmed, deciduous shrub has arching, horizontal branches that reach 10 feet tall with a 12 foot spread at maturity. It features abundant pink pompom shaped flowers in spring and then red berries in the fall. The berries are adored by songbirds and other wildlife. In fall the red berries darken to a showy burgundy. Foliage is dark green with a red overcast and quilt-like texture.

Sparkling Pink Champagne™ Viburnum thrives in full sun to partial shade in average, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It will not tolerate standing water. It is tolerant of urban pollution and can thrive in city environments.
